Tracking the package was not possible as the tracking # never uploaded

This is not a replacement of the OEM part...there is no way to connect these pieces to the softtop. It is a substitute, not a replacement of the original trim kit. Eventually, I did negotiate a refund minus the $50 I spent for return shipping. I asked the seller to update the listing to make it more clear...both the description and adding close-up photos. I ordered the correct bumper from them and it arrived and is fitting nicely. Took a little less than a month to get it.
