Seller noticed this, however, and messaged me to apologise and to say that they would follow it up with Yodel, and also issued a full refund to me. One of the items (being fragile glass) was broken on arrival, but I can’t complain too much because with the refund I ended up paying nothing anyway. I’d buy from this seller again, but I’d definitely prefer it if they did not use Yodel.

Seller kept me updated on progress but a shame that Yodel let the seller down. The items where packaged in a good quality padded packet & Yodel decided to force the packet into the letter box on the wall. The ring Door camera shows they never rang the door bell & just spent a few minutes forcing the packet in the letter box. I didnt need long stems. Seller was let down, though. I will buy again & hope they dont send by Yodel.
