I contacted the seller several times before purchasing to educate myself about DTF printers. They were quick to reply and confirm what I need. There were a couple of issues with tracking my shipment but seller was quick to correct the problem. Looking forward to using DTF printing.

I don't know why, but Ebay had the item delivered on 5/23, even though I had only received one part of the order. Communication was great with the seller. I just received the main unit and am unpacking it now. The manual for this system could be better, but I was able to get all of my problems promptly clarified by the seller.
