It was shipped out the next day, no problem my copy was listed as mint condition I just had one problem, I wanted to play right away and it wasn't reading the disk. So I give up. But I will say the sellers communication is excellent and gave me a refund at the request. I will be buying a brand new sealed copy from elsewhere.
