I was sent the wrong item. The seller was very responsive and sent me my refund right away. Accidents happen and luckily the seller didn't give me any problems about the refund and let me keep other item that's pretty cool once I figured out what it was. I will definitely order again.

I received the item promptly, but unfortunately it was not the color I had ordered. The condition was listed as New, which the item inside indeed was, but the box it arrived in was pretty scuffed-up and not "new" looking. This wouldn't have mattered, except that it was for a gift. However, I am giving a 5-star rating because the customer service was EXCELLENT. When I notified the seller of the wrong color, they immediately refunded my payment in full, which I greatly appreciated.
