Because this business ships so quickly, just a heads up that if you need to cancel an order, do it as soon as possible. There is a little time in between placing an order and them shipping it. I did have to cancel an order once, and I had no issues.

The product arrived at my front door in two doors. There was one small problem which the seller quickly resolved. This was sold as "new, open box" and the seat-height adjustment bolt was missing. The seller apologized and quickly sent me a replacement bolt.
