They did come extremely late, but this was at no fault of the seller. USPS was the one that lost the item so I am leaving the shipping score at 5 stars. Items were shipped the very next business day. When I contacted the seller about the item still saying pending with USPS, they did respond in a timely matter. Seller was very professional and I would buy from them again if I see a product I need sold by them.

Fortunately, I found Tech Rabbit on eBay. After good and prompt communication, the deal was done. Shipment was fast and well-packed. I am very happy to add this HUE Centris4 to my other HUE lighting. Seller shipped the next day and it arrived a few days later. Overall I'm happy with the purchase, thought it would be a bit brighter though. May move it to the ceiling so I can direct the light back against the wall instead of shining down as is. Install was easier than I thought it was going to be but it does not include the hardware besides 2 washers. They replied to my question quickly; awesome seller!
