When I made contact with seller, seller immediately apologized and sent 21mm band, like within 5 minutes of me saying it I got notified that another watch band was shipped. Got the band and it is perfect, 21mm. Seller didnt even ask me to send back band with incorrect size. Also, I paid for 1 band and seller sent 2 the first time. When seller was sending back the 21mm band, seller again sent 2 bands. Seller now as a forever customer; me.

Son informed me that his dad, David was out of town & it would take time for my item to come. Son offered me a full refund or a different color band. Informing me was kind & it didn’t keep me guessing where my package was: Thank you! My package happened to get lost through USPS twice. David REALLY CARES for his customers. He informed that he would take care of it & send another band out ASAP. With his service, I’m happy! Will do future business!

While there was a problem with this particular strap when it arrived, I received a response (almost immediately) to my message to this seller. A replacement strap was being sent out along with an apology. In less than 72 hours I received a new replacement strap. That is old school customer service. I cannot recommend this seller strongly enough.
