Since one of my thermostats is still working fine I haven't tried both of these yet. That said the one I installed is exactly what I wanted. It is back-lighted when touched, not all the time which I prefer in my bedroom. It is very simple and as I have hot water heat I only needed the heat. The wires aren't terribly long which could be a problem for some users. As it happens the red and white wire were opposite from my system so it was quite a stretch to attach, but now works well.

Item as described. There is a slight thumb print on each units screen that you can just barley see when the screen lights up. Probably due to the refurbishment process. But they function as desired and work great.

Bulbs are exactly as described and working perfectly. They did come extremely late, but this was at no fault of the seller. USPS was the one that lost the item so I am leaving the shipping score at 5 stars. Items were shipped the very next business day. When I contacted the seller about the item still saying pending with USPS, they did respond in a timely matter. Seller was very professional and I would buy from them again if I see a product I need sold by them.

For quite some time, I was considering buying the HUE Centris4, but the overall steep price was a bottleneck to pulling the trigger. Fortunately, I found Tech Rabbit on eBay. After good and prompt communication, the deal was done. Shipment was fast and well-packed. I am very happy to add this HUE Centris4 to my other HUE lighting. Light arrived in excellent condition, it's open box but can tell it's not been used. Seller shipped the next day and it arrived a few days later. Overall I'm happy with the purchase, thought it would be a bit brighter though. May move it to the ceiling so I can direct the light back against the wall instead of shining down as is. Install was easier than I thought it was going to be but it does not include the hardware besides 2 washers. They replied to my question quickly; awesome seller!
