Packing was intact so cannot be blamed on courier, it clearly went into the packet in that state. Messages & case request ignored by seller. Request for return shipping label ignored, seller expected me to pay to return faulty item. I do not recommend this seller, negative experience all round. Do not buy from them! I would leave them zero stars if it were possible.
