The photo provided shows spotless item, which is FALSE advertisement. When I received it, I immediately noticed dried brown coating around the joints, and there appears to be nicks and scratches leading me to believe that this has been USED. I paid $21.40 for this and the seller does not allowed it to be returned. I feel RIPPED OFF. DO NOT TRUST this seller.
