Packaged well, arrived fast. Had an issue where I got a worse condition case than I was meant to get. I've bought many games here, and this was an outlier. Reached out to seller and the customer service was simply wonderful! They're very friendly, and quick to offer solutions. They sent a replacement case for free, and let me keep the old one.
