Contacted seller to seek help. Within 24 hrs the seller refunded my money. I just wish the seller had communicated with me to see if somehow the package could be tracked from the sellers end. I perceive this seller is very reliable just from the quick action to refund money. There was Bends in different places of the poster...... There should have been thick cardboard lined on both sides of the poster so it was less likely to bend. That might be a good idea to do that for future customers..... The tracking didn't really help; hasn't said it was delivered. Still has it in another state. Am thankful for the order overall. I will frame it.
