The item was described as "very good" but had damage to the cover and spine and a very dirty front cover. I contacted the seller and they sent a replacement copy straight away which was in far better condition. The packaging was disappointing as it was just a thin plastic envelope and did not provide much protection to either book. However, I cannot fault the seller on remedying the situation and their communication.

Absolutely fantastic service. The item was as described and well packaged and promptly delivered, even though rhe delivery service left the package in "my safe place" (which was instead left in a neighbours garden) but the seller was brilliant in their response and helped resolve the problem quickly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Any time I make a purchase the item is exactly as described with reasonable price, very well packed, always delivered safely and fast.
