    Only one of the two boxes from this set arrived ( 3 of the 5 CDs) and the outer card sleeve was missing but a refund was promptly issued in view of the error. Dispatch was fast, packaging a bit light but adequate, and communication with the seller was polite and almost immediate. This kind of mistake seems to happen quite often with multi-piece sets bought from the really big sellers but it is usually sorted out quickly as was the case here.

    Arrived on time and as described but seller insisted that it was below their parameters for their "as new" description and refunded 50p. How very honest, not only was I satisfied with the item I did not read the description because I have used this seller previously and have always been satisfied with their service.

    Lego skeleton minifigures sold for a good price and sent really quickly. My reservation is that one of the skeletons was missing an arm. I contacted the seller on the issue, but I've received no response. Apart from that, a good transaction. And the skeleton missing an arm doesn't look so bad now that I've given it hair and a weapon (see second picture). So, on balance, I'm leaving positive feedback.
