The back has a couple of small scratches but nothing too crazy. It came in a bubble mailer and was wrapped in bubble wrap with a piece of cardboard to protect the display. Shipping was pretty fast. The seller sent me the wrong color but answered my questions really fast. They gave me a discount for their mistake. Packaging was good and the item was shipped quickly. It wasn't made clear in the description what kind of cord comes with the console. I assumed it would be a power cord but it was an HDMI cable instead. You can sort of tell from the pic but a better desciption would help. I was able to buy a power cord locally for $9 so no big deal.
