Tried two different places to get this CD, including one used store. Neither could get me a copy (after buying one from both). I had to find a brand new one in Australia (I am in Canada). It was fairly priced. The CD showed up fast (!) and in great shape. I highly recommend this seller! Don't be afraid of the distance.
