When I received it, I could see that it was the item, but not the one on the pic because the flaws were different and more obvious. I contacted the seller immediately and sent pictures. She was quick and courteous to respond, and very apologetic. She tried to locate that item, but couldn't, so she refunded my money, but let me keep the item for my trouble. 10 out of 10 customer service!!!

I ordered two pairs which got shipped and delivered in extremely reasonable time. The two pairs of UGG's came in brand new boxes showing no signs of wear to the packaging or shoes themselves. I saved almost $100 by purchasing from this seller which was great! The two pairs also both came with the care and warranty registration slips.
