Following successful online payment a confirmation email will be sent to the customer on despatched with shipment and any tracking details.
 
Delivery
 
TBOSA aims to dispatch orders in 24 hours (working days, Mon-Fri). Any orders received after 12.00pm may be processed the following working day.
 
Returns
 
All products are quality control checked before leaving the manufacturers factory, but in the eventuality of any item being anything less than perfect the item will be replaced. The returns process must be started within 14 days of receipt of order. Returned products must be returned in the same condition as they were sent. “Clothing” must be unworn, unwashed, with all original packaging and labels attached. Please unsure you are happy with the product prior to removing any labels or tags. TBOSA will not be responsible for any return costs.

Dispatch Errors
 
Errors in orders should be identified to TBOSA as quickly as possible and within 14 days of receipt of goods. Claims made after 14 days may not be honoured.
