I know the communication and response time could have been better, but like he said, he custom makes each order so you can figure if he gets buisy that things will not go as described in the shipping time frame as listed. He might be better off just listing that times will vary according to how busy he is. The Cables are perfect though and I feel worth the wait. Thank You!
