  Severe damage caused by FedEx, to the point the box was more of a bag and all product dimensions were somehow compressed slightly despite being a steel box. Core functionality seemed intact, and seller offered a generous discount in exchange for conducting repairs rather than ship a heavy package across the country two more times. While speaking with them, it was clear POSH cares about delivering quality products, and I would gladly shop from them again.

  This is my third order from this vendor. Both of my previous orders included a power supply but the most recent one did not. Upon further investigation, the seller changed the item description to NOT include a power supply. I messaged the seller and did not receive a reply. Guess I should have been more careful, but it sure feels like I got the bait and switch treatment. The printer showed up in great condition and works great, just no power supply.
