  👎👎 This is the last time using this seller for me. Item arrived 'as described'. Unexpectedly given a previous transaction provided me with a bizarre item. They ignored my communication. They would not even respond when I asked why they sent me a 20 cent key ring instead of my $123.13 tote. I contacted ebay who got them to provide me a refund but no appology was received. 👎👎-ve. Unreliable seller from my experience. I made this purchase before the substituted item had arrived.👎👎-ve -ve

  Fast dispatch, 13 days delivery from USA to UK, that's pretty good going, very securely packaged, good clear communication. At last I have found a replacement for the missing roller on my Stanley No. 83 Scraper and these are nearly always missing.   Thumb screw exactly as shown. Except the washer did not come with it as shown. Emailed them back and was told the washer was in the mail. Received it, but totally way to big and useless. Not the original as shown. Buying from them is a hit or miss if you get what is shown. Wrote them again and never heard another word. They obviously don't care.
