I needed this item to be delivered on time as promised. My daughter was moving out of state. The item was supposed to be delivered the day before she left but it was late and it came late the next day after she had already left. I had to pay for shipping to send it to her. Very Irritating!

Sorry to hear about your circumstances. I can imagine that would be unfortunate and irritating. Unfortunately, this delay in shipping was out of my hands. Your order was placed on 3/31 and I dropped off your Trunkboard at the USPS post office on 4/2. USPS Ground Advantage service is estimated at 2-5 business days (likely 5 to your location in NY). I'm not sure why it was delayed and not delivered until 4/13, but unfortunately that was out of my control. Hope you have a great day!
