The seller is absolutely amazing and really kind, this is the best online shopping experience I've ever gotten. The product is great and very good for the price! The delivery was way faster than expected too, only 20 days from Kazakhstan to France! (I don't know if this has anything to do with the seller because I don't know how this works, but I just thought it would be a fun detail to add)

The surface of the object is full of varnishing defects, for which the seller told me to buy more expensive ones. It was not notified that it was faulty and this is not acceptable. Im not satisfied. Really sad.

Thank you for your feedback. I appologize for that you are not satisfied of the dombyra. All the dombyras are similar. They are handmade. We don't have special manufacture of dombyras in Kazakhstan so that to make its surface smooth like in a quitar. That is an ordinary national dombyra. We also have professional dombyra. Professional dombyra is for the scene. The quality and price is different than national one..
