Parcel sat at a depot for 3 days, contacted seller who redirected parcel to DPD and 2 days later I have the parcel, goods arrived in excellent condition despite their ordeal, quality parts at a quality price sold by a quality seller, I will without a doubt use them again as long as Evri aren't involved i see no further issues, if i could rate more than 5 stars I would

Not the company's fault bythe way, parcel had been posted the very next day after ordering. Contacted Ultimate styling to tell them the situation, and they promptly sent out another item by a different delivery company, and it arrived next working day. Great customer service by the guys at Ultimate, and the part was exactly as described, and just what I needed, thanks guys 👍

Excellent service by Evri delivery.

Great seller and even though we had a hiccup due to the delivery company, it was resolved quickly and easily with the seller, with no problem and a new item was dispatched quickly. My only criticism is the damage to the box by the delivery company but thankfully no damage to the mirror!
