Wrapping paper was shipped unprotected, wrapped in mailing paper. Item was pretty banged up and bent when received

Seller said they printed the wrong label and sent my items to the wrong buyer. Seller was unable to recover my items. Issued a full refund, but it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Not the best communication either, difficult to understand and would not reply to messages promptly.
