Absolutely horrible. I shipped a brand new book, still in plastic, shipped in a bubble wrapped envelope, and the buyer said the box damaged the book, so it was not as described and eBay ruled in his favor. eBay will not let me appeal, and the buyer never returned my book. I got scammed, and eBay supported this ass hole. Also I am out my book. Thanks eBay!
