Hi there, firstly these are our handmade premium quality shoes that we are selling below the cost price and its clearly mentioned in the listing that these are non-refundable unless there is an issue in the quality. Poyter has really impressed me with their standard, and for such a low price ! I'd have easily paid double for these shoes ( on the high street or Ebay ) once I'd laid eyes on them. The profile, symmetry and details on my shoes ( TPR-001 Ebay Item # 364170144070 ) is what I'd normally associate with the 'famous' makers of expensive hand made shoes. I will be buying from Poyter again in the near future, and I recommend that you take a good look at their range before needlessly spending hundreds.
