The stated expected delivery between 27/06 and 29/06. Naturally, I would follow-up if the good was not delivered 2 days after 29/06. Seller requested me to be patient but I told seller I am already very patient. I waited for my goods within the expected delivery time but when it didn't arrive, there were no comms. from seller. Only after I follow it up they did some investigation. Being eBay Plus customer, I paid a premium and I do expect sellers to live up to their commitment as eBayPlus seller
