Seller is probably fine if your item has no issues. In my case, most annoying interaction I've had on eBay. Seller has been defensive and not proactive. The whole thing would have gone away with a quick apology and offer of compensation.
Here are issues I've had:
1. Did not mention large crack in cover.
2. Insisted crack was not there before shipping
3. When presented with photo evidence, said the product had not been misrepresented.
4. No compensation so far (two weeks post purchase)
