Original item received damaged and wrong design/style. Communication response is slow. New ottoman sent out but not collected the broken one after asking me to cancel the return now they sent the replacement out. New one received is as described and made OK (for the price) apart from the hinges and screws (these are all over the place).

Different what was described
1 . Not fully black means not fully tinted sun light passes through easily and also see thru 2. Its was just a paper no sticker to stick on glass means i have to use tape to stick it with my window glass . Totally failed the purpose for what i have ordered this product
