No communication and not willing to resolve a mistake they made by sending me the wrong products. Sent multiple messages asking to fix this but no response until I opened a claim and then told me they will send me the right product I ordered. I asked for an update no response and then I tried to contact them multiple time and still no response. Avoid seller and buy somewhere else.

Worst experience I ever had on eBay. Seller sent me wrong chips and realized that they did . Seller said that they were going to send the right chips but never did. Tried multiple times to contact them and no response. Opened a return claim and they closed it. Finally responded to me after I opened a claim. Tired to contact them again asking for an estimate of them sending the right product I ordered and nothing. Don’t buy form seller they might just take your money and ignore you.

Item was marked as shipped and tracking never indicated that it was actually mailed. Contacted the seller for clarification and received absolutely no response; had to go through eBay's not-received process to get my money back. Highly unprofessional, would not deal with again.

The item arrived in excellent used condition as described by the seller. The flash drive worked with absolutely no issues in transfering large quantities of files. At the moment the flash drive is currently in use for document preservation as a primary back up to an identical MicroCenter USB flash drive that has matching read and write speeds.
