The seller sent me the wrong item, which I returned. The seller then sent me the correct item (a box for a Breitling watch) but the box wrapper was roughed-up and the box had a 2" tear in the cover.

Hi, as explained it was a shipping error and we corrected it. If you look THE LISTING PHOTOS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE WHITE SHIPPING CARDBOARD outer box, it was only included AS COURTESY to protect the actual box that's why it's not pictured in the listing. Please consider revising the feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Having a new watch but without a box, I decided to buy this box, as in the description it was indicated that it is new, to make a gift. The box with wear defects that the seller did not describe !!! I do not recommend buying from this seller !!!
