  I purchased this mirror by mistake, thinking it had the "tenperature" feature. Though it had the same part number, this mirror did not have the temp feature. The seller was quick to reply to my concern, and they were VERY cooperative and understanding. Though it may have been my own error, the seller was seeking my satisfaction, and gave me a partial refund to avoid me taking my time and money to ship the item back. I was very happy dealing with this seller, & will be browsing their other items.

  Love this seller!! I needed this toy ASAP. Although it was originally listed with ground shipping, seller accommodated my request to go priority and ship as soon as possible. I received it three days later, which nowadays is no easy feat to go from Michigan to Washington state! On top of that it was expertly packaged and in awesome condition.
