I opened the box and found that the button was defective on the handheld unit. When contacted about a return or refund they only refunded me half even though it was defective. Very disappointing and now it cost me a bunch of money for absolutely no product. Bad business and not good on their word to refund a defective item arguing that it was opened and only gives back 50%.

He returned the product 20 days after being delivered, he sent me messages and upon knowing that the collar was purchased by mistake he decided to return it, used with dog hair on the collar and damaged the control. The return policy was applied according to eBay policies that are on all our products.
His opinion is based on the fact that he did not obtain a 100% refund and only received 50% as established in eBay's policies. Everything was done with the approval of eBay.
