I received my wallpaper today, but unfortunately it arrived damaged. Actually, wet! The Post Service sent a note "WE CARE", Please accept our apologies. I know the shipping fee was $27.00, so I assume that has insurance. I can send pictures of proof. How do we resolve this unfortunate issue?

Using the tracking # you can find the information you need regarding insurance and speak with the postal office about filing a claim. That is unfortunate that USPS damaged your item, you selected 'Standard Shipping' and would have the default insurance of USPS as you did not purchase additional insurance.
