Item arrived sooner than expected so top marks for dispatch and delivery, unfortunately the negative feedback is for the phone having t-mobile software branding which is not stated in the listing, so it is network unlocked not factory unlocked

Speaker port at top had dust. Back had been taken off as you can feel the slight misalignment with slight mark. It’s a refurb not brand new as stated but renewed and resealed Battery life not as long as a new phone would give .Sellers response was came from supplier sealed. Nothing else. Son kept phone as wanted phone with plug in earphone port.should be advertised as refurb not brand new. Neg feedback due to poor response/false advertising. 5* feedback requested for 1 year warranty by seller
