  Seller's communication was punctual, informative, and friendly. Item was posted promptly, and arrived weeks earlier than the projected delivery date. The item arrive safely, as it was well packaged in its original case, which was secured in fitted cardboard box packed with suitable padding. The item is in the near-new condition it was described as; it was has clearly been well looked after by the seller. I am very happy with this experience, and highly recommend this seller.

  Definitely not unopened - based on the box, one item was packed the wrong way round and the inside cards were bent. Not supplied everything in the picture (the manufacturer packaging was missing which you can see in the background) and waited a long time before it was actually dispatched
