    The box this unit was shipped in was nearly destroyed when it got to my home. Poor packaging on the inside. Plastic piece barely hanging on and as I lifted the unit out to test, it fell off. Product tested and was not in working order. I need to return. I will add photos

    The xbox was securely wrapped with bubble wrap and packing paper along with the games and controller. The box was clearly damaged during shipment. We did not mail out a damaged box. It was not damaged when it was taken to the post office. The piece that is off in the picture pops off and back on. It worked perfectly before we shipped it out. USPS should be held responsible for damaging the package.
