bag was definitely not new, although only slightly used. also missing tape strap, which wasnt disclosed. seller also shipped out 3 days after initial purchase. his communication was good up until the end. if I knew all these issues would happen, I would have just paid the extra $10 bucks to buy this brand new directly from the manufacturer. despite all these issues, Im still happy with the bag and will keep. Seller is very new so he has a lot of room to grow. so fyi, buy at your own risk.
