  Factory sealed item was well-packed and arrived in a timely manner. There were a few minor manufacturer defects on the cover of the box set which should probably have been mentioned in the listing but the price and quick delivery more than make up for those little niggles. Buy with confidence from this seller!

  CD Digipack a bit creased and dented. Expected better condition based on photo. Price was low and it was sealed, meaning technically it's new as described, so not going to complain or bring down seller's rating, but I wish sellers would state if digipacks are damaged. They can't be replaced like a jewel case. Other than that, quick dispatch, well packaged and reasonably priced.

  Arrived on time. Product as described. Sleeves mint. Some tracks had a bit more surface noise than expected but they were used after all. Box in good condition apart from a scuff, and a slight crush on the lower right corner (which happened in transit). Fair price paid. Although marked fragile I would recommend the seller improves their packaging a bit for box sets as it only provided a single layer of cardboard as protection (box on right). An example of better packaging is the box on the left.

  Amazing service, placed an offer, told to wait up to 24 hours for a reply, reply came less than two hours later and that was a " Thank you for your purchase!!" Offer accepted, and told seller away until 26th. item arrived on 25th.! exceptional service. highly recommended.
