The doll outfit arrived with a small stain and a pull. Seller offered to send a replacement. The replacement never arrived, the tracking never updated, and they have not replied to my messages (3) since the original exchange about the damage. I might be able to try fixing the original outfit, but overall this purchase experience was not good.
