Very bad. The seller charged €50 to ship the rims, but only wrapped them in a single layer of cardboard, rather than shipping them in a box surrounded with packing material. The seller took several weeks to send them (first he was on holiday, then he waited another week before shipping). The damaged rim has a large flat spot on it-- it was either dropped in shipping, or was already damaged when the seller had it. I have sent a complaint and images, but the seller has not offered a remedy.
