I'm sorry that you was not happy with the amplifier but your feedback doesn't do justice to the facts. The packaged was the best available in the mail, boxes, etc. shop, they did it! The amplifier was packed on a pallet and moved by forklift,this is the best and the more expensive way to ship. When you told me the amp was not working you had the opportunity to send it back and to be refund, you choose not to do it!
