They work
Good for the money, but not the best quality. One of thw widening screws came away from the wedge, so had to work out how to take it apart and glue it. That said, they worked in stretching my shoes, and they weren't dear.

Seems to work.....
Once you've managed to peel off the backing - quite hard on the rectangular patch, so far impossible on the round one! actually sticking the patch on is easy. The adhesive is very strong, and the patch seems to be working. Good idea to carry around (in the waterprooof tube) or to keep one at home for repairs.

Tough enough for anything
Used a couple of times sor far, seems a bit stiffer than the similar 6 foot Spin and Twitch I had before, but rods do 'soften' a little with use. Happy so far, feels balance, crisp and plenty tough! Only a couple of jacks to date - hopefully will test it on a big girl this winter. I'll also use it for frogging come the spring
