Item was received on time and in a box but the tablet was locked when turned on. I asked seller for pin and was told they didn't know what I was talking about because the item was new. They suggested I reboot the tablet. Tablet was clearly locked by someone before I received it. Luckily I was able to do a hard reboot and select from the manufacturer menu in a foreign language which command we needed to successfully unlock the machine.
