I did that but seller still gave me only partial refund and withhold some amount. eBay says they cannot do anything (something about regional shipping). Seller is not responding to my messages at all. At worst, if you dont want to issue complete refund, at least respond to someone. Sorry to hear. Once you request to return an item, eBay automatically provide prepaid shipping label for your return item, label fee will charge to buyer once the seller get the item. No need to buy separate label. Return shipping pay by buyer mean, buyer use eBay provided return label and once seller get the item, the label fee was automatically apply/charge. Even you paid label by yourself, seller still get charge for return label because it was automatically purchased through USPS.
