  Boots were described as new and pictures on EBaysupported that. Boots that arrived were well worn, scuffed and stained. They were to be a Christmas present. Seller offered an offhand apology and allowed a return. Very disappointed. I carefully examine photos before buying a product and these photos and description are misleading to say the least.

  Item was never sent to me. Seller refunded my payment without communicating why. After I contacted seller it was stated that item would take longer than expected to ship from warehouse. I was not given the chance to say yes I would absolutely wait for it.
