  Item displayed mininal signs of use, apart from a somewhat noticeable scratch on the outer shell and another on the corner of the upper screen. The vendor was very communicative and helpful, and the delivery was made well within the estimated period. Plus, part of their profit goes to charity, which is admirable. I had to pay an extra €50 due to import taxes, but that is no fault of the vendor's, and they warned about it on the item description. Still, potential buyers beware.

  Seller was super accommodating when I had a problem and updated me on the order quickly and efficiently! Item arrived extremely fast for me, which was a welcome surprise! I did have to pay customs for Canada though, I got a prompt call and payed online, so no delivery delays. Item came tightly wrapped in bubble wrap, so no issues in transportation! The 3ds was just as described, in good condition with a few light scratches on the shell. I'd definitely buy from here again :)

  The PS Vita came exactly as described. I got the product for a good price compared to other sellers, too. On top of that, the seller offered free international shipping from Japan, and my order arrived at my home in the United States in less than a week. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Just be sure to read the description carefully. I would highly recommend this seller!

  This seller went above and beyond in their service. They gave me timely updates at every step of the process (preparation, shipping and delivery) and were extremely polite in their correspondence. The Nintendo Switch Lite arrived timely (roughly 7 days after I ordered, right on time with the sellers estimates) and the device arrived in the exact state that I ordered it (to say, nearly flawless). This was a fantastic experience and I will be ordering from them again.
