  So happy this came on time! Not just on time but ahead of schedule. I was nervous because I have an event to shoot Saturday and purchased Monday night! The label said KWT International but came through Oakland and delivered to me in SoCal by Thursday. Great communication with the seller, who assured me the refurbished would work great and it pretty much looks as good as new. Great price. Super sturdy feeling flash and sleek!   Item was brand new in the original packing, as described. I wasn't thrilled that the box was put in a shipping bag with no additional padding. Despite that, it arrived undamaged.

  Box was damaged in shipping. But the product was not damaged. Arrived as described in new condition. The photos in the advertisement match the product delivered in appearance. The quality and value and the appearance of the product made this a wise investment. Out of the box the product performance was exactly as expected and performed flawlessly.

  There were two problems with the shipping company and in the end the packages never arrived, however the seller was always attentive, sending a second product when the first did not arrive, the second package did not arrive, he gave me a quick refund of my money, the situation was resolved. It got out of both of our hands and yet the seller was attentive throughout the entire process, I recommend it 100%
